Gently squeeze dropper inside of the bottle and it will fill. Dropper is considered “full” even though it doesn’t fill to the top. Place in your mouth and gently squeeze dropper again, releasing the oil. Hold oil underneath your tongue for 30 to 90 seconds and then swallow. Slowly increase the amount each day until you find your individual “Zone.” Some people prefer to administer smaller amounts multiple times throughout the day, while others simply take a larger amount once.
